Beauty in Ruins

A couple of new reviews have cropped up for Best British Horror, the first by Beauty in Ruins who say of Marie’s contribution ‘“Someone To Watch Over You” was an old fashioned sort of ghost story, creepy and unsettling, with Marie O'Regan mixing a little sorrow in with her horror.’ To read the full review, click here. And you can read the full general review of the anthology on Dark Wolf’s Fantasy Reviews by clicking here.

MAY

The Voices, by F. R. Tallis

Marie has just reviewed the supernatural thriller The Voices by F.R. Tallis (above) for Sci-Fi Bulletin, so to read that just click here.

Noir anthology, edited by Ian Whates

And here is what Amazing Stories had to say in their review of Noir – edited by Ian Whates and published by NewCon Press – about Marie’s story in the anthology (see last month for details): ‘Another predator is at the heart of Marie O’Regan’s “Inspiration Point”, but just what is going on when Marnie wakes to find herself prisoner in a dark basement? A complex psychopathic drama plays out in a story which is rather more intricate than the “torture porn” set-up might lead one to expect.’
